Whole House Renovation, Sullivan

Overview

We transformed a poor condition two storey townhouse to luxury three storey space with high-quality finishes.

Without demolishing the older house, we started a building the new foundation, raising up the new exterior and interior walls using the space between the existing beams and studs. All work was performed as per engineers drawings, inspection and fully licensed trades that meet health and safety standards.

It was certainly one of the most challenging houses built due to the high-traffic in the downtown Toronto area.

Inside the attached townhouse, we had to make sure neighbors were not disturbed during the renovation.
