Overview

Two townhouses turned into a single huge modern house.

We had to take down all interior walls, brick huge fireplace, stairs, drywall, insulation(barely found any), removed 4 skylights, all windows and many more… All the structural work had to be new designed as the house needed lots of structural support.

New aluminium triple glass windows tilt and turn were installed VCG team had to make the main floor all opened concept, implanting new electronic system throughout making it a smart home. New plumbing and electrical.

Master bedroom totally remodelled Adding a fireplace and walk though en-suite. Adding a deck on the second floor for the master is very important! Outside, had to remove the old stucco and do new white modern stucco using square molding for windows makes the house bright during daytime, new black downspout , gutters, soffit and fascia.
