Overview

Basement size: ~1500 sqft.

VCG completely transformed the basement area – from empty concrete walls (with red insulation from the builder) to a modern cozy space that can be used as a secondary living room, guest room and more.

We designed and repurposed the entire basement with new flooring, stairs, TV stone wall, as well as two basement bedrooms.

To illuminate the basement area, we installed star pot-light sand a dropped ceiling with LED shadowline around it.

Our crew outfitted the basement living room floor with engineered wood. The rest of the area was covered in tiles with in-floor heating.

Thanks to Al’s (contractor) suggestions, the entire basement space was utilized to perfection, and the owner was able to save a lot of money.
